Pompe Support Network
Visual Identity, Logo, Website, Colour palette, Flyer, Newsletter
The Pompe Support Network is a community of individuals, families, scientists, and healthcare professionals who aim to improve the lives of all people living and working with Pompe disease. It is run by members of the Pompe community, for the benefit of that same Pompe community. This self-help concept is reflected in the identity through modular design, emphasizing building blocks throughout the identity. We are all part of this network and we need the members to make it work.
The typographic voice of the charity is set in Zeitung, a sans serif family which works equally well on print and web. Designed in The Netherlands – the country where Pompe disease was first described by Dr. Pompe in 1932 – Zeitung’s typographic palette focuses on utility and legibility, but in the farthest corners you’ll discover a rich array of flavours: punchy black weights, fashionable thin styles, carefully hand crafted true italics, distinct small caps, and so on.
